A Sensible Proposition For The Masses;

To keep from rambling on about sublties within and pertaining to the subject matter of this blog post, I will just assume that those reading it are privy to the more common aspects of modern existence.... I will presume a level of intellect which is of the most common sort, that is to say.

Looking at our modern social structure, and from personal experiences pertaining to the more common (and seemingly normal) uses of it, I personally have come to the decision that any and all of what I may amass in my life as any sort of wealth or property will be left to be distributed evenly amoung the population according to the most recent census at the time of my demise.

I see this as a beneficial thing in many respects. The biggest being that there is a grotesque and rather embarrassing constant within our modern social and governing structure which not only allows for the hunting and procuring of un-remitted estates, but actually allows for the planning of take over of similar types of assets. This, to the degree of planning years in advance of the actual "legal" shuffling which makes it look all fine and dandy.

The sad fact is that even those having chosen the profession of litigator... or any other form of legal advisor, no longer take those contracts and agreements seriously which have been made in the good faith of said profession.

It seems that it is just more profitable to "go along" with these scams.

In all honesty, I have to divulge that it isn't the tendency for people to do these sort of things that I am addressing. In fact, in my personal belief, such forms of corruption were not only expected, but were planned for in the designs of the governing structure we supposedly employ.

With that said then, I will have it known that in my own opinion such endeavors have simply become far too common place for the health of value, or any other aspect associated and/or effected from such ploys.

This on top of the consideration that "linear empires" were one of the things that was sought to make more difficult in the designs, gives me thought toward other directions. Directions even which would still be perceived as "fair" to those involved.

For instance, though I wouldn't mandate such a direction as per the accumulated earnings of anyone... I would suggest that they have such estates disbursed evenly among the population of the United States. Again, this in the interest of the health and movement of society... given that there is obviously no shortage of people on "the way up" but as can be predicted, there is no excess of "room" at the top so to speak.

That effect then feeds the desperation of promoting such activities as outright stealing of other people's un-remitted estates. Sometimes as a sort of "buy in" to what they are referring to as "the system."

In choosing to disburse ones estate in such an extremely equal manner, the people which otherwise would have depended upon it to maintain an overpopulated area within society, would then be of their own in earning it for themselves.

They would still have an advantage, being that they would have the name and connections, but the playing field would be more level in regard to others seeking opportunity to establish themselves.

Further then, it would definitely remove allot of the excess in the apparent ease to appropriate that of others with little or no concern. Again, providing for an aspect which all could benefit from.

I really wouldn't have much of an opinion on this, even in light of my own experience with vicariously watching it transpire... and as well feeling the effect of it personally to some degree, but it is just so obvious and sloppy. Simple gossip and personal preference has superseded very real contract obligations in my own case. And in that, presumably simply on what was said to be of my person.

Rather sad considering I have not had any legal representation or any other way with which to defend myself in that sense... being that the aspects of the "system" which were supposed to perform such duties, failed even in those obligations for what ever reasons.

I suppose it is just a sort of pity for those posturing of honor and what is due... doing so only in the effort to keep just that from transpiring I suppose, in their own lives.

Speaking for myself, it is very much that any and all of what I may earn and amass in my life time will be disbursed in such a manner as per my own wishes... that is of course, if those I contract to do it, don't find themselves purchased in some other manner.

I then would suggest such a direction as well.
